Biyografi
Yahudi asıllı bir aileye mensup olan Abrams New York'da doğdu, Los Angeles'da büyüdü. Lisedeyken tiyatro çalışmalarının aktif bir üyesiydi. Babası Gerald W. Abrams ve annesi Carol Abrams da yapımcıdır. 16 yaşındayken Nightbeast filminin müziklerini yaparak film dünyasına girdi. 1990'da ilk filmi Taking Care of Business'ı yazdı ve prodüktörlüğünü yaptı.
