Biyografi
Ian McNeice, 2 Ekim 1950 tarihinde Basingstoke, Hampshire, İngiltere'de doğmuştur. Taunton School'da eğitim gördükten sonra Londra Müzik ve Dramatik Sanatlar Akademisi'nde (LAMDA) oyunculuk eğitimi almış, ardından Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) bünyesinde profesyonel sahne hayatına başlamıştır.
