Biyografi
Sissy Spacek (tam adıyla Mary Elizabeth Spacek), 25 Aralık 1949 tarihinde Quitman, Teksas, ABD'de dünyaya gelmiştir. Gençliğinde müzik kariyeri yapma hayaliyle New York'a taşınan Spacek, bir süre arka vokalistlik yaptıktan ve Greenwich Village kafelerinde şarkı söyledikten sonra rotasını oyunculuğa çevirdi.
