Amy Poehler (/ˈpoʊlər/; d. 16 Eylül 1971) Amerikalı oyuncu, komedyen, yazar, yapımcı ve yönetmendir. 1990'ların başında Chicago'daki Second City ve ImprovOlympic'te doğaçlama eğitimi aldıktan sonra Upright Citizens Brigade adlı doğaçlama-komedi topluluğunun kurucuları arasında yer aldı.
