Yevgeny Aleksandroviç Morgunov ( Rusça : Евгений Александрович Моргунов ; 27 Nisan 1927 - Haziran 1999 25) Rus aktör, yönetmen ve senaryo yazarı. Morgunov sinema kariyerine henüz öğrenciyken başladı. Yevgeny Morgunov, Rusya'nın önde gelen çizgi roman oyuncularından biriydi. Oyunculuk kariyeri sadece komedilerle sınırlı olmamasına rağmen, en çok Leonid Gaidai'nin bir dizi filminde , Yuri Nikulin'in Fool (Balbes) ve Georgy Vitsin'in Korkak (Trus) olduğu bir çizgi roman üçlüsünde yaptığı çalışma…
